Visceral Artifact
This study examines how neural fluctuations and physical disturbances reshape a scanned digital human body. I used Polycam to capture my Gaussian Splat model and created a suspended form composed of translucent particles, sparse color connections, and a white wireframe spatial structure.
Rather than visualizing EEG data as a static depiction of cognition, the work converts neural activity into a dynamic spatial structure—built from memories, residues, and unstable physical forms. It investigates how bodily noise, muscle tension, and inherent physical disturbances shape neural signals within the brain.
